At Base Camp we offer a wide range of safe practical outdoor spaces to suit any caravan, camper trailer or motorhome, we offer solutions from the most compact to a luxurious 5th wheeler.

Sites can be paid for monthly, one month in advance.

Alternatively you can pay for 12 months upfront and receive one month free.

Fees must be paid at the time of booking.

Base Camp Storage does not collect or store your credit card information. We use the payment processor Stripe, which is independently audited and certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Find out more here.

We do collect and store other personal information on the checkout page of this website for the purpose of fulfilling and maintaining your booking. All information is transferred securely using SSL encryption and if stored, it is kept on servers based in Australia.

We realise that maintenance & repairs to your property can be daunting and inconvenient at times and yes Base Camp is more than happy to accomodate repairs & maintenance at the storage facility, first step is to contact our friendly staff to notify us of the works you wish to undertake. Permission will obviously depend on the scope of works, as our priority is maintaining a safe storage area for all customers.

On commencement of your storage agreement you will be issued a personal entrance code number, which will be logged into your mobile phone of choice,  this is latest technology with accessing facilities allowing BCSS to monitor, regulate and log all access to the facility 24/7. Every space has its own individual code allowing BSS to monitor entry & exit movements through the facility at all times.

Access to your storage is available 6am – 10pm, 365 days of the week.

Office Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm & Saturday 9am – 12 noon.
